Our club is an age-group
competitive swimming program that offers quality instruction
and professional coaching for swimmers at all skill levels.
Our goal and club philosophy is to try to meet the needs of all our
members, whether they are in need of a program to supplement their
busy lifestyle, or to make a major commitment to our sport and
attempt to reach the highest levels of USA
Swimming.
Stroke School is the
starting point for our developmental members where a quality
instructional class with minimal time commitment provides beginning
swimmers with professional training and stroke development that
will help them advance within our organization.
Groups 1, 2, and 3 provide
a stepping stone approach to improvement that leads to a
successful swimming career for our young members yet allows them to
experience other activities as there are no practice or meet
requirements. Dolfins try to motivate our swimmers by
providing an enjoyable experience that encourages them to attend
practice because they want to, rather than because they have to
with practice requirements.
Group 4 provides our older
high school age swimmers and advanced younger members with a high
level of training and the ability to sculpt our program to
meet their needs with no practice or meet
requirements.
Swimmers who have made our
sport their main commitment have the opportunity to reach whatever
level they strive for by joining our advanced groups, Group 5 and
6, which have produced numerous local, regional, and national level
athletes up to an including Olympic Trials.
