Our club is a USA Swimming year round competitive swim team based in the New York Capital District / Mid-Hudson Valley area offering high quality professional coaching and technical instruction for all ages and abilities. We typically practice at the Bethlehem High School and Albany Academy swimming pools.

The Delmar Dolfins Swim Team, a non profit club, is run by its elected Board of Directors which meets each month. All members are welcome at each meeting and encouraged to be involved in team activities.
