HOW TO JOIN THE DELMAR
The Dolfins will be holding new
swimmer evaluations on:
Saturday 9/13 (12:15-1:15pm) all at
Bethlehem Central High School Pool.
Swimmers will be evaluated and
recommended for placement in one of our groups. A $60 two
week trial period then takes place. After two weeks, families
can decide to continue and the fee is deducted from the regular
seasonal fee. No registration is required but questions can
be submitted to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Swimmers transferring from other
USA Swimming clubs do not need to attend the evaluations and should
contact the Dolfins at
Individual evaluations are also
available if the above dates do not work.
Our club is an age-group
competitive swimming program that offers quality instruction
and professional coaching for swimmers at all skill levels.
Our goal and club philosophy is to try to meet the needs of all our
members, whether they are in need of a program to supplement their
busy lifestyle, or to make a major commitment to our sport and
attempt to reach the highest levels of USA Swimming.
Stroke School is the
starting point for our developmental members where a quality
instructional class with minimal time commitment provides beginning
swimmers with professional training and stroke development that
will help them advance within our organization.
Groups 1, 2, 3, and 4
provide a stepping stone approach to improvement that leads to
a successful swimming career for our young members yet allows them
to experience other activities as there are no practice or
meet requirements. Dolfins try to motivate our swimmers by
providing an enjoyable experience that encourages them to attend
practice because they want to, rather than because they have to
with practice requirements.
Our Senior Group is for
swimmers who have made our sport their main commitment and have the
opportunity to reach whatever level they strive, which has produced
numerous local, regional, and national level athletes up to and
including Olympic Trials.
